Apple has had trouble with iCloud off & on today, see if that's it...

Have you restarted?
Don’t think that’s the problem; I can login to iCloud from another computer and account.
No, no, no, and yes.
I think the problem is with a particular iCloud account, as I have the problem with the same account on two different computers; no problem with another account.
