blocked app store account (stuck on loop)

I am currently trying to unblock my app store account but it keeps giving me the wrong phone number to verify??

I’m told to put in my trusted phone number but the number that I had to type in did not end the same as my current phone number *04*.

When I check my apple id on settings, it’s perfectly fine. It’s the phone number I entered and currently using. So, why is the app store telling me that my trusted phone number is a number that I completely do not recognize?? I do not know any family member who’s phone number ended in *80* so I can’t even contact them to verify it for me.

If anyone has any solutions, please tell me. All I wanted to do is to update my apps.
