I want to request a refund for apple music. I never used it and didn't realize I was signing up for a subscription.

Note that you can only request a refund for purchases made in the last 90 days.

you can try calling Apple support, but I doubt you will get a refund. When you sign up for the service, it clearly states on the dialog box. If it is a free trial how long it is for and they will charge you after the free trial. If there is no free trial, it will tell you that it will bill you X amount per month and you have to except that before moving forward.
