My iMac's (2017, ventura 13.0.1) timezone is not functioning correctly. It won't automatically select the correct timezone even though the location allows it. When manually selecting the timezone it will only allow me options in the US which is not my country. When manually setting the time and date none of my apps display meetings or messages at the correct time or date, they still display at the timezone the mac want's to automatically use.

I managed to resolve this, turns out you can manually type in "closest city" drop-down menu. I'm not sure though why it's not automatically selecting the correct timezone though.
Quick question, is the computer Internet Connect through a VPN and using a USA Location ?
Try turn off the VPN and see of the timezone will work correctly

It's only connected via wifi.
