Cannot toggle "Prevent automatic sleeping on power adapter when the display is off" Off

There seems to be a bug in MacOS Ventura.

I wanted to download something large overnight, so I toggled on "Prevent automatic sleeping on power adapter when the display is off" which can be found by going to System Settings > Display > Advanced.

Now the reason is over, I want to turn it off, however this is not possible. It is like there is an elastic mechanism that keeps the toggle on no matter what I try. Simply pressing on the left part of the toggle doesn't work, dragging the toggle to the off section automatically returns to on immediately.

Any help?

Okay, so what worked for me:

Settings > Lockscreen
You need to change "Turn display off on power adapter when inactive" from NEVER to another option (for me I chose 30 mins)
Then go back to Settings > Display > Advanced
Toggle the switch off and it should work.

Worked for me the third time, i had to quit Settings, re-enable "Turn display off on power adapter when inactive" then quit, then set it again a couple of times, then it worked eventually, so try again?

Simply choose your processor type and follow the instructions. Try turning off this feature while in safe mode, then log back in normally and check to ensure it stays off until needed again.
