Receiving notifications after turning off data
Why am I receiving notifications from an app even after turning off data for it? Those notifications are coming in real-time which does require Internet connection.

Hey cracked-asphalt47,
We see that you have Mobile Data turned off for Instagram. Do you also have Allow Notifications turned off for the app? If not, we suggest doing so by going to Settings > Notifications > Instagram.
Another reason could be the iPhone is at some point id connecting to a Wi-Fi network.
