How can I update my payment information using my android phone?

This document outlines all the ways you can update payment methods. Add a payment method to your Apple ID - Apple Support

Note what it says about online options:

Add a payment method online

If you want to keep more than one payment method on file, add the payment method in Settings on iPhone or iPad, in the App Store on Mac, or in iTunes on your PC.

When you edit payment information online at appleid.apple.com,

additional payment methods might be removed from your account

automatically.

1. Go to appleid.apple.com.
2. Tap or click Sign In, then sign in with your Apple ID.
3. Tap or click Payment Methods.
4. Tap or click Manage payment method.
5. Enter your payment information, then tap or click Update.

Visit appleid.apple.com and sign in with your appleid and password. At the top right of screen, beside the word sign out, there is a drop down arrow. Click arrow and tap on Payment Methods then tap Manage Payments and add a new card then scroll to bottom of screen and hit update. Make sure you put your correct billing address as it will not accept your card if any of the details are wrong.

Then you will need to do it on the web, go to appleid.apple.com
