How to buy a genuine iPhone battery when no Apple stores?

I'm outside US 'till spring. No Apple stores or authorized Apple dealers in the country. Yes, there are such places. My iPhone SE (1st gen, 15.7.1) says my battery is significantly degraded. I can buy stuff in US and folks who can bring to me. There are qualified techies here who are familiar with iPhones and can install battery.

But can't find a way to buy Apple batteries. Any sources on genuine iPhone batteries?

I know that replacing battery this way isn't perfect, but in these circumstances it's best I can do. May not be a subject anyone wants to touch.

Still help appreciated.

Typically, Apple does NOT sell parts. They do have a self service option for a few newer iPhone models, but NOT for an iPhone SE first generation. To get an authentic Apple Battery installed in your iPhone, while not ideal for you, you'll need to either visit a location/country where there is Authorized Service Providers or ship your phone to someone you know in a country where they can take it to an Apple Store for battery replacement and then have them ship the phone back to you. Or maybe consider given your circumstance, it might be time to just buy a new iPhone. I'd have someone buy it in the US and ship it to you so you have warranty in the US when you return. Apple won't ship it to you outside the US.

I deal with this problem a lot. Indeed, it's why I rely on Apple discussions; b/c I can't call Apple from most places I go.

It's when you realize that the USA is a very provincial place. Take Apple. Europe: can call from everywhere. Latin America and Caribbean: only 2 countries. Africa: only 2 countries. it's even worse than I thought.

But Apple is in same club as almost every big US company. (Think amazon may be only prominent exception.) I ask over and over, just have 1 real number to call, even if i have to pay for it. Never happens.

don't take my word. Travel. And try it.
