Citrix on Multiple Monitors on M1 with Ventura 13.0

Hey all,

I have a similar question to the poster in this forum (Citrix Viewer with Multiple Monitors on M… - Apple Community), but I wasn't able to ask directly on that one.

I have a MacBook Pro M1 chip currently on Ventura 13.0. I'm trying to run Citrix for our Thomson Reuters tax software. Whenever I attempt to open the Ultratax tax software with just my Macbook screen, it works great. Whenever I attempt to open it with my external monitor also connected, it opens and immediately freezes.

Additional info: my Macbook screen is 4K, but my external monitor is 1080p @ a 75Hz refresh rate. It's connected using a Totu connector.
