Access denied iPad

I keep getting access denied. I tried everything. I have no vpn, firewall, I’ve restarted my device, cleared cache, cookies and browsing data. Everything. Please help. It’s not my network either as I’ve already contacted them to ensure all sites are accessible. This is the same for multiple devices across my network.
