Is there a keyboard shortcut to insert a text box in Keynote for Mac?
This is very basic and yet I couldn't find a keyboard shortcut for it.

I suggest that you familiarize yourself with Keynote's reserved keyboard shortcuts. Then, your choice of a unique shortcut will not conflict with the application.
