Error when trying to watch a Apple TV show

I downloaded the appletv app on my roku, I have a monthly subscription, I watched the first the 3 episodes of a show and now it gives me an error video not available to check your internet connection , it is connected to internet and trouble shooting test says everything checks out fine, why I am getting this error.

I have done all that and reset my appletv app. It is the morning show season 1 episode 4. I have attempted to watch a current tv show that has just started and it gives same error. I just paid for a movie and it plays just fine.


I did do the troubleshooting test and it went through the 3 checks of connection and said everything looked good


didn’t find any connection issues.


i just don’t want to pay 6.99 to not be able to watch tv shows. It is clear I can pay extra for a movie and it work fine.
