Does dust under a tempered glass screen protector cause damage?

I installed a tempered glass screen protector on my new iPhone 14 and sadly there is dust and a tiny hair from the microfiber cloth under the screen... will leaving that there cause any scratch or damage to the real screen?

Dust can be abrasive, yes it has the possibility to damage the screen.
