Messages

sometimes that happens to me and what I do is restart my phone and sometimes that clears it up and sometimes it does not. I usually notice that it occurs when I have a group message and or someone has like a message or use some other kind of emoticon to laugh at it or love it, etc. and if you delete that group message or the conversation, then sometimes it takes a bit for that group conversation to pop back up, and even then it will not show messages that they previously loved or liked because you deleted it. But it should remove the notification that there is an unread message.
