If you look in your Oticon On app on your iPhone and touch the Hearing aids icon at the bottom of the screen it will display Left and Right with a Green Checkmark. Touch "Left" or "Right" and it will display the firmware installed.

I also wear Oticon More 1. The Firmware up date by Oticon version 1.4.1 solved the disconnect issues with iPhone iOS 16 and up. I am running iOS 16.1.2 on an iPhone 13 Pro Max and everything has been has been stable with my hearing aids. Oticon released 1.4.1 about 2 weeks ago and you can see your audiologist for the update.
The solution for all my frustration was solved with Firmware1.4.1. Let us know how it goes.
