How do I see all my open pages on my 14?

How do I essentially double click on my button which I no longer have as I have an Apple 14 phone?

iPhone 14 Plus, iOS 16

Go to the bottom of the screen after unlocking the phone, then swipe upwards slowly and stop around the middle of the screen and you will see all the apps that are suspended, and you can swipe across to see them all, or you can swipe individual apps upwards if it is necessary to force one closed if it is not working correctly. Otherwise, it is not necessary to force an app closed.
