App listed under cellular data but found on phone or search-iOS

My phone is taking a long time to to open apps and images. I started noticing an app called "Astronomy" under cellular data. I turned off cellular data for this app since I do not have this app on my phone nor is it found during iPhone search or in the Apple store. Turning off access to cellular data appears to improve slowness when apps open, but it still is slower prior to updating to the latest iOS. I went to the Apple Store to look for this app to get help from the developer. It looks like this app may have hitched on to another to install itself as I tried to see if I can delete it through storage. It was not listed. How is this possible? I am on iPhone 13

iPhone 13, iOS 16
