Why does my iCloud account keep asking me to resubscribe

Even after I corrected my new payment method, why does ICloud keep asking for resubscription options irregardless of my selection?

I’m unable to pay for subscriptions My payment method has constantly been declined for sometime now, they keep telling me to update my payment method. When really there is nothing to update it I can’t even pay for my extra iCloud space again. It’s just so frustrating. I’ve logged out of my iCloud and back, I’ve changed my iCloud password, I’ve done some resets but to no avail.

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

If the issue persists, Contact Apple for support and service
