Auto scrolling

How do I turn off the clicking and auto scrolling on my iPhone 13?

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today.


While we aren't completely understanding what is happening with your iPhone, let's make sure you don't have an Assistive Touch feature switched on: Use AssistiveTouch on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch


Try going to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch, then turn off AssistiveTouch.


If that doesn't explain it, please provide some further details so we know how to proceed. These could include but not limited to:


  1. Which apps does this happen in?
  2. When did it start?
  3. What version of iOS is running in Settings > General > About.
