Landline Phone Caller ID Blocking, try to call my Personal iPhone 12 Pro Max

Long story longer, on my house landline phone, I have Caller ID Blocking set up. When I try to deactivate Caller ID Block, by dial *82 and my personal 10 digit cell number, I get "busy" signal. When I leave Caller ID Block, my call goes through. I can call any phone, landline, or cell with no problem. I do not have Caller ID Block on my personal cell, or rejecting Caller ID Blocking. I hoping I am making sense. Anybody advice is appreciated.
