Strange Lag issue on Mac Studio with macOS Ventura

I encounter a very annoying problem with my Mac Studio (macOS Ventura 13.0.1 installed). When I keep my Mac opened for three days, it would be extremely lag on the 4th day morning. Currently the only one way for me to solve this is reboot my Mac (since I can't figure out why it happens.) Any suggestions about fix this ? Or any ways to figure out what happens?

P.S. I use two 4k display and Caldigit TS3+

We're glad to know restarting your Mac provides a solution. To isolate the issue further, are you connecting the displays to your Mac via the dock? If so, what happens if the displays are connected directly to the Mac? The reason we ask is to help isolate the issue and ensure the right next steps for reaching a solution.
