Can’t sent photos or videos to Android users since updating to IOS16.1.2

Hi!

I updated to IOS 16.1.2 last night and can no longer send photos or videos to Android users.

I’ve checked the settings and MMS is enabled. I’ve also tried resetting the network factory settings with no success.

Tried deleting the latest update but it won’t seem to delete it for some reason.

Any ideas how to fix it? Thanks!

Hi Deeda1984,

What happens when trying to text a non-iPhone user? Do you receive any specific error or message? Also, are you still able to receive SMS or MMS messages?

Finally, give the steps you've taken, we'd recommend contacting your carrier. SMS/MMS is a feature that goes through their network. There may be something they can look into on their end.
