I have been using my iphone 11 for 2 years and I’m a very careful person.

I noticed my phone battery health went down faster when I updated my ios to 16. My phone gets hot easily. Then last week I updated it to ios 16.1 incase it may help but while I was writing my assignment I noticed I lost wifi connection (I was using hotspot) I checked the phone which was on my bed and the power never turned back. When I went to Apple, they say there is no more electricity within my phone and they can help nothing. Same thing happened to a close friend of mine with her Macbook pro. I’m wondering can Apple techs not find a specific problem with why those devices just broke without any accidents? All they do is to promote buying Apple Care+ I am NOT convinced that is the solution without even knowing what was the problem that caused it.
