I have recently purchased a new Macbook Pro M2 with Ventura 13.0.1
I have always used Firefox for my browser for multiple positive reasons.
Now with the new OS, Firefox will not open any websites; what is the issue and how to resolve?

Have you installed and run any "cleaning", "optimizing", "speed-up", anti-virus or VPN apps on your Mac?
Give this a try: boot into Safe Mode according to How to use safe mode on your Mac and test to see if the problem persists. Reboot normally and test again.
NOTE 1: Safe Mode boot can take up to 3 - 5 minutes as it's doing the following;
• Verifies your startup disk and attempts to repair directory issues, if needed
• Loads only required kernel extensions (prevents 3rd party kernel/extensions from loading)
• Prevents Startup Items and Login Items from opening automatically
• Disables user-installed fonts
• Deletes font caches, kernel cache, and other system cache files
NOTE 2: if you have a wireless keyboard with rechargeable batteries connect it with its charging cable before booting into Safe Mode. This makes it act as a wired keyboard as will insure a successful boot into Safe Mode.

Make sure you're using Firefox 107.0.1.
Try running in Safe Mode and test.
Do the same sites open in Safari? If not, then it is not a Firefox issue but most like a problem with the DNS settings in your mac.
Type Default Browser in System Setting and what is set as Default Browser

Further Firefox as per below works just fine on Mac Mini M1 with Ventura 13.0.1
My previous MBPro is (3.3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i7)prior to M1 . New MBPro is M2/512 GB
Everything was migrated from MB intel to m2 and all is working but Firefox. All the bookmarks, toolbars and data from FF is on new computer. Deleted firefox on new MBP, and downloaded FF from safari to replace. All are current versions stymied; I am not sure how to sort this out.
Any error message? Firefox works fine on my installs of Ventura and previous versions of macOS.
No error message; Firefox is displayed with bookmarks, as migrated from mt older device, but will not open any website from them or random keyed in entry. I have never had issue before with FF
Ditto with Firefox 107.0.1 on Ventura and older versions of macOS.
Yes updated and working on old macbook pro . Wondering if the MBook pro M2 version is causing issue?

All that is in place, but Firefox search still twirls/doesn't connect
Do you have anything installed on your M2 that isn't on your M1? I doubt it's an M2 issue.
