is Red Apple Logo during Update Bootup normal?

when restarting while installing new updates, my iPad Air 4 shows the white apple logo and white progress bar as usual, but the apple flashes red for a short moment. This does not happen with regular restarts, only when installing an update. It's not a red box AROUND the logo, but the logo itself.

Is this normal? Is it the screen's colors booting up seperately when doing a big restart like that?

This has been happening since I first got it (this year, so not an old device). I don't see any problems with the system itself: it works great while it is on. I hope someone will be able to help : ) Thank you in advance

Your iPad appears to be working normally. An occasional brief “flash” of the screen during a system restart is not necessarily unusual or indicative of a fault.
