I have a strange problem with my iPhone 11 Pro.
When I call someone, people can hear me and I can hear people but when I change to the speaker, I can hear people but people cannot hear me.
Also my mic doesn't work in WhatsApp and Recorder but it works in Camera while I record a video.
What can I do?

Check Settings>Privacy & Security>Microphone and see what you have allowed access to the Microphone. You have to allow and app access to the microphone.
And it shows that WhatsApp has access to the microphone? The strange thing is that you can speak on the phone but not when you change to speaker phone. I suggest that you use the Support link above to contact Apple Support. Or, if you have any Apple Store close by, make a Genius Bar appointment at your nearest Apple Store and have Apple examine the device. They will explain your options.
