I just purchased Photoshop Elements 2023 and when I go to download it, it starts downloading, then gives me an error message that I have an installation conflict and need to close the following program: Adobe Application Manager Error Code 131. I have no idea where to locate Adobe Application Manager.....please help? THANKS
