I keep receiving a bill/internet charge which I do not recognize at all

How do I know what this purchase is....I have no idea what the $35.98 charge is and I keep receiving the bill. I have cancelled all games and don't know where to look at who is charging me. It says Apple.com/Bill Internet Charge CA If I knew which device I would put it down
