two green lights on back of watch?

why are there two green lights lit up on the back of my watch?

They are sensors. If they don't turn off when you take the watch off your wrist, restart your watch.


Press and hold the elongated power button until you see the power button at the top right corner of your screen. Tap the power button, then swipe to power off. Wait a minute and press and hold the elongated power button on the side of the watch until you see the Apple Logo, then sign in when prompted.
