Hello salah91,

Are you talking about an iPhone? If so, the difference between models would be the cellular bands it supports. For example if you buy an iPhone in the US, it's going to support the cellular bands that the wireless carriers use in that region. If you buy an iPhone in the UK, it's going to support the cellular bands that the wireless carriers use in that region. Etc.

You can find more info on the cellular bands each model supports here: 5G and LTE. Find the iPhone that’s right for your country or region.

You also mentioned FaceTime, and we encourage you to check out the information below: Find or restore a missing FaceTime app

Make sure that your device supports FaceTime. FaceTime isn’t available or might not appear on some iPhones and iPads purchased or used in Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and United Arab Emirates, including Dubai. However, with iOS 11.3 or later, FaceTime is available on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch in Saudi Arabia. And with iOS 12.4 or later, FaceTime is available on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch in Pakistan.

Cheers!
