Can't review and complete my Apple ID

Dear All,

I can't review and complete my Apple ID when I sign into ITunes as its the first time my AppleID has been used. Tried doing it from my windows 10 ITunes app, but the page hangs after I click continue.


Any help?

Troubleshooting:

Make sure your Windows PC is up to date.

Update to the latest version of iTunes -> Update to the latest version of iTunes for Windows 10 – Apple Support (UK)

See also -> Check your third-party security software.

Check the Wi-Fi connection.

Turn Off Hotspot.

Turn Off or remove VPN if necessary.

Disable all AV & Firewalls temporarily while you restore your iPhone.
