From what you've shared it sounds like your Apple ID may be locked or disabled. If this is correct you'll need to reach out to support in your region for additional assistance. Details can be found here: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
If this issue is with the user password on your Mac you can reset it. You'll have access to three options which are all outlined here: If you forgot your Mac login password

it is ok now. I bought new MacBook Pro 13" 2 days ago. I had a hard time setting it up.
