i just recently bought a iPhone xr and it came with ear-pods i have been trying to use them since i got them they've always been so loud i couldn't even hear whats being said in the audio its bass is extremely loud i'm not sure how to fix this any help would be heavily appreciated

In that case, you might want to take the matter up with whomever you bought the iPhone XR & ear-pods from.
Produce the receipt, and perhaps they will replace the ear-pods if they are faulty.

Wondering what kind of ear-pods you have. (eg Beats or AirPods)
You might want to check that the ear-pods are playing the audio ok, and not the iPhone's speakers.
If there is no volume control on the ear-pods themselves,
you can try turning down the volume of the audio being played on the iPhone.
