Inadvertently deleted a whole folder of apps from my iphone12 Home Screen. They’re still on the phone (spotlight) but I cannot recover the folder and there were a LOT of apps in there. PLEASE HELP!!

You may check for it under the App Library. Next to the last page of the Home Screen. If it is in the App Library Touch, Hold and Drag the icon to Home Screen. That's it.
Probably some pages may be hidden

Yes, that works for single apps, but my deleted folder had many apps inside it. I couldn’t remember them all so I am just pulling single apps back to the Home Screen as I remember them and starting a new folder. I’ve never found the answer to my question re: restoring whole folders of accidentally-deleted apps:(
