To be honest with you I don't... I like to tweak my settings in Compressor...G-4 1.2 GIG, 1.5 GIGs of Ram, Mac OS X (10.5.8), Quicktime 7.6.4, FCS2, nano 5th, iPad and a bunch of other stuff...

I have been doing this for a while for my clients. I chose a QT setting in compressor> under the encoding tab>file format>Quicktime movie>Extension>m4v>video compression H264, medium compression, multi pass>audio ACC 128 bit>Hinted streaming. Under geometry>Aspect ratio I use 600x300 or 640x360 and save your template. Hope this helps
