Hello Apple Community. I was wondering if anyone knows how to remove iCloud lock on iPhone after restoring from DISABLED iPHONE. No longer in contact with Original Owner. Please help

Unless the Apple ID it's asking for is yours, you can't. The activation lock is an anti-theft measure.
