All my SMTP-servers are passive?

Hi,

My email has worked with no issue until today. Today I got this error (I will try and translate):

"Cannot send message via the server iCloud

Mail cannot connect to the server “p15-smtp.mail.me.com” via SSL on standard ports. Confirm, that the server supports SSL, and that your account settings are correct.

Choose another server for outgoing mail in the list below, or try later"

I then tried making a new SMTP-server with the setting from Apple's own article, but still all of the servers are passive.

I can receive messages fine, and I can send messages on my iPhone. It's only outgoing messages on my Macbook that's causing me trouble.

Have anyone experienced this before?

Error:

Settings:
