My TrueDepth camera says it has an issue and Face ID is de activated
Did anyone else had the same problem ? If yes did you do something to fix it by yourselves or did you go to an Apple Store ?

This is generally a hardware issue. You might be able to fix it by updating the unit from a computer or the Software Update function in Settings; if not, contact Apple Support.
