Change Whatsapp download locations

1 - New Operating has restricted this action

2 - The WhatsApp Developer needs to update their application in re-introduce that Option back into their Application.

It should be possible provided the new Location is located within the User Account folder ( Home Folder ) of this computer.

What has the user attempted thus far ?

Was there are error message when selecting the New Location ?

If so what did the error message say, as best as possible Exactly

When the User chooses the " Download " from above Image what exactly happens ?

Is there a chose to change to a new location or doesn't Offer any choices ?
