I bought an iPhone 14 Pro and I would like to know whether it is possible to know from iPhone package it has a SIM slot or not?
I am in a country where eSIM service does not exist and I don't to take the risk of unboxing the iphone.

Then it doesn't have a SIM slot and will not work in your country. Return it to your friend and get your money back. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return it for a full refund.
I ordered the iphone 14 pro and delivered it to one of my friend residing in the US. we later shipped it outside the USA.
