How do I grant full disk access to Malwarebytes without the padlock?

Doesn't apply to Ventura.
I did as instructed and pushed to plus sign to no avail. Malwarebytes still maintaining it doesn’t have full access.
Is Malwarebytes listed in Full Disk Access? If so you have to enable it. If not, you have to add it with the + sign.
Padlock vanished can’t activate Malwarebytes
