No password provided error message when one was
This pertains to a xfinity email account which suddenly stopped working on iPhone and ipad. Mail account was deleted and attempted to reinstall, then got “no password provided” message. Tried again with different password and was told it was a wrong password. Implied that the first one was a correct password. Security box is checked as suggested in mail settings.
of course, xfinity tech support on phone is not available!
