Lost iPhone

I lost my iPhone yesterday and borrowed a friend’s iPhone. He reset it and wiped it clean of his info and then I logged on to my Apple ID. Everything was backed up and pulled over but I still cannot make calls. Under the phone setting icon it still has his number but then all my other data such as name, email etc. How do I get it to assign to my number so I can make phone calls?

iPhone 12, 15

Phone needs to be activated by your phone carrier. Also will need new sim card.
