You can’t tell if the battery is original or a replacement by Apple, but if you go to Settings/Battery/Battery Health it will tell you if the battery is not a genuine Apple part. Indirectly, a battery on average loses about 1% of its capacity per month of use. So if the maximum capacity is abnormally high using this fact then it has probably been replaced by Apple.
