“licenseDaemon” is damaged and can’t be opened.

Since I updated my OS to 13.0.1 I have been getting the error message “licenseDaemon” is damaged and can’t be opened. The message pops up every 5 seconds.

Mac mini 2018 or later

Error when attempting to install software update MacOS 13.2 I cannot find a solution to this problem. Nothing works - including Apple's own instructions.. The error text is "Failed to personalise the software update. Please try again. An error occurred while downloading the software updates. Please check your internet connection and try again." This and other strange new errors began to appear only after installing "upgrade" to Ventura 13.1. I have tried everything including erase all content and settings. Nothing works. I know Apple are aware - they need to pull their finger out. There's no point having new hardware if the software doesn't work.

I solved this by removing the file. So far everything is working… we’ll see if it lasts! ;)
