Wireless mouse & MIDI Keyboard not working with USB Hub

I have a Belkin USB hub (this one: https://www.belkin.com/usb-c-11-in-1-multiport-dock/P-INC004.html) that I've connected my mouse (Razer deathadder V2 Pro) and midi keyboard (M-Audio Keystation 49 mk3) to. It seems that sometimes when I open Logic, both of them stop working. The only thing that fixes it is turning the mac completely off (restarting doesnt do it). I had similar problems with a wireless headset that wouldnt connect to its dongle whenever it was plugged into the Belkin hub. I plugged it into the mac studio and it works. I suspect the same is true for my mouse but I havent tried it cause theres no space and making space is torture. Either way I feel that the USB hub should work? Anyone with similar problems?
