snapchat and tiktok won’t open

with both of these apps when i try to install them in the app store it says open instead of the install/cloud button but when i press open it doesn’t do anything. whenever i restart my phone they are both on my home screen but they don’t have the logo/image and instead they have a black and white grid and when i press on them it doesn’t do anything. i can delete them from my home screen but it still says open in the app store.
