Poor battery life since Ventura OS upgrade

Since upgrading to Ventura OS, I have experienced poor battery life. It seems when on Chrome and/or running video on Chrome is really bad.

Chrome is a known resource hog that delivers dreadfully short battery runtime on both Mac and Windows notebook computers.

Quit Chrome and do something else, Safari and FireFix should not have that issue.

i have extremely POOR battery life on the latest ventura with a 2019 intel mbp16 i7 model.

i am not impressed at all with this.

battery health is normal, mostly use apple’s apps all the time.

a few 3rd parties like firefox and em client, but really surpirsed when battery goes from 85 —> 40 in a matter of 1 hr.
