I need itunes for Windows 7

My iPad Mini 2 says it is unable to download the latest os. I am trying to download itunes for my windows 7 pc but not having any luck with that either. I was going to try to update my iPad through my PC using itunes. Now I'm thinking about scrapping all devices

Here are links to the last compatible builds of iTunes for Windows 7 & 8:

iTunes 12.10.11.2 for Windows (32-bit) - iTunesSetup.exe (2021-04-22)
iTunes 12.10.11.2 for Windows (64-bit) - iTunes64Setup.exe (2021-04-22)

However that build is not able to install the latest versions of iOS to devices, and iPad mini 2 is also maxed out at iTunes 12.5.5 so there is unlikely to be a fresh update for it.
