Disable dictation on Voice Control

I enabled Voice Control and then saw all that I was saying was being typed into messages (some profanity) and typing fields.

I do no want this. I found the fix!!!

Iphone > Settings > Accessibility > Voice Control > Customize Commands > Dictation > Dictation Mode (switch off)
